Zdeněk Kovačík, joint founder of the Czech retreader KOVKOR, one of the pioneers of precured retreading in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has died at the age of 64.

Together with his partners he contributed also to the opening of precured retreading plants in nearby Poland, Ukraine and Belarus.
