Vipal Rubber has been working closely with British retreader Vaculug for a long period of time now and to celebrate the success of the partnership and Vipal’s rich Brazilian history, the companies held, on September 10, the Brazilian Day.
Vaculug and Vipal Hold Event to Celebrate Partnership
The festive event promoted integration between Vaculug Family and part of the Vipal Rubber commercial team and was held at the headquarters of Harrowby United Football Club, in Grantham, an industrial city located in the Lincolnshire district of England. The meeting also commemorated the bicentennial of Brazil’s independence, celebrated on September 7. During the festivity, participants enjoyed a barbecue during lunch and had fun playing football, pool, and darts. Everyone was given a t-shirt prepared especially for the event in the colours of the Brazilian national flag.
Vipal‘s General Manager in Europe, Frederico Schmidt, was at the event and valued this closeness between the two companies. “We have had a solid business partnership with Vaculug for several years. A celebration of this type further expands the bond between our teams and strengthens our relationship with a retreader that does an excellent job in the UK and has very great synergy with Vipal Rubber,” highlighted Schmidt.
The Executive Chairman of Vaculug, Mr. Haarjeev S. Kandhari, expressed great satisfaction with the meeting and the feedback he received from Vaculug Family who participated in the festivities. “It was great to see part of the Vipal team again. Vaculug family who were at the meeting gave us incredibly positive feedback and they are already looking forward to a new edition of the Brazilian Day next year,” commented Kandhari.
