Unique Scoops Personnel Management Award for Second Year Running
The company is a two-time champion, receiving this important recognition for the second consecutive year. In addition to 2022 and 2021, the company also won the award in 2014.
Top Ser Humano is one of the most coveted awards in Brazil in the area of People Management, recognising individuals and organisations that value the Human Being as a strategic differential for the growth of people and companies. Held since 1993, it was created by ABRH to recognise companies and professionals that follow best practice in the area of people management.
In 2022, Unique won the Top Human Being Award with the case “Satisfaction and Engagement: Decisive Factors in Unique’s Strategy”. Organised by the executive manager of people and sustainability Daniele Hanna, the project presented the evolution of Unique’s organisational climate over the period of one year, from the perception and experience of the employees, measured through the Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey. The case highlights the strategy used, as well as the actions that positively impacted the climate, contributing to an alignment in the organisation’s culture, with greater proximity, a sense of belonging and team engagement. The strategic guidelines were the five dimensions of the GPTW: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie.
The results presented in the case were measured through productivity indicators, operating results and indicators from the GPTW survey, in which Unique achieved a 15-point growth compared to the previous year.
“Receiving this important award, considered the Oscar of people management in Rio Grande do Sul, represents the appreciation and recognition of the work, efforts and investments that Unique has made in its organisational culture , with a focus on valuing and well-being of its people and creating a healthy and happy work environment for everyone,” said Unique CEOs Lucas and Francisco Möller in a statement.
“The project that we presented to compete for the award shows that the planned actions are in line with the new moment of Unique. Our values remain the same, but the role of leadership, fostering a culture of proximity, aiming to engage and involve everyone in improvements, has had a positive impact on climate change and on everyone’s behaviour.”
